In my case I do what I love - I Coach.
Peer coaching is a part of coaching fraternity.
We interact and co-coach. Through this pattern, I have been associated with many professionals from whom I learned a lot. That is how I was paired with Shweta, Who left an indelible impression on me, almost like magic!
I was lucky, blessed you might say, to have shared the space with her. It fills me with immense gratitude.
