Your feelings matter. The dictionary definition of wellbeing is 'The state of being comfortable, healthy and happy'. This is a perception. Well being is crucial right from the formative years of one's life. If you were not aware of emotional health in childhood, it’s important to know that it can be developed gradually. It’s never too late.

Acting in time toward this is resilience.

The way we feel about ourselves impacts our ability to curate life.

Through my approach, in the initial session we explore significant areas of wellbeing : health, work, family, relationships, wealth, fun, exercise, hobbies, home and personal development. My expertise lies in recognising the inter-connectivity.

The aim is to narrow down on areas that need attention and create realistic solutions to improve your overall sense of being.

But there are no quick fixes to evolve your life. Just being is surviving.
